The prices are as follows: - For photo shoots and small videos: 500,000 KRW per hour - For large videos (advertisements, dramas, movies): 600,000 KRW per hour - 1 Day full rental: 6,600,000 KRW (*Based on 12 hours / An additional 10% fee applies for exceeding this time) *Reservations can be made for a minimum of 5 hours *No limit on total rental or number of people *VAT is excluded [Time Compliance] - Please strictly adhere to the contracted time. - The usage fee is contracted based on the [start time] and [end time]. - Time for preparation, setup, equipment removal, and restoration of the location is included in the contracted time. - If the contracted shooting time is exceeded, the host may request additional payment. [Damage Caution] Please be careful of damage to the wooden floors and wallpaper caused by tripods, lights, metal boxes, director chairs, and other equipment. - Preparation: Please prepare a simple mat or blanket and a tennis ball to place under the equipment. - In case of damage: Confirm on-site > take photos > check the estimate, and proceed with the compensation request. [Staff Count] If the maximum number of staff set is not adhered to, the host may cancel the shoot or request additional payment. [Etiquette] - Please observe basic etiquette for the surrounding residents. - Outdoor shooting in the vicinity is not allowed. - All trash generated during the shoot must be cleaned up. - Parking is provided only for the indicated number of vehicles. - If you change the existing furniture arrangement or structure as needed, you must restore it before the end time.
