Suwon Haenggung-dong Natural Light Studio & Party Room Love Hills

1. Please adhere to the number of guests and check-in and check-out times. If you exceed the check-out time by 15 minutes, a fee for 30 minutes will be charged; if you exceed 30 minutes, a fee for 1 hour will be charged. 2. Indoor shoes are required to be worn inside the studio. (If you wear outdoor shoes for the shoot, please wipe the floor or use the provided masking tape. Please be careful of marks and scratches on the black wooden flooring :) 3. Food other than beverages and simple desserts is prohibited from being brought into the studio. *If used for product photography, prior inquiry is required. 4. In the party room, eating is allowed, but cooking is not permitted. 5. Furniture and props can be moved except for the dining table, but please return them to their original positions after use. 6. The use of adhesives, balloons, etc. that have not been agreed upon is prohibited within the studio facilities. 7. If any damage or contamination occurs to the facilities (floor, walls, etc.), furniture, or props during use, you must inform us immediately, and the cost of the items, cleaning fees, or construction costs will be charged. 8. Smoking is prohibited throughout the building, including inside the studio. Compensation for damages caused by smoking may be claimed. 9. The studio operates unmanned, so CCTV is installed inside. It is used only for checking the number of people, check-in, check-out, and for checking damages and contamination. 10. If you bring pets, they will be counted as additional guests, and prior inquiry is required. 11. The party room is restricted for use by minors for 24 hours. (If caught, you will be asked to leave without a refund of the rental fee.) *By making a reservation, you are considered to have agreed to all of the above terms. (Agreement of all users)
