[Damage Prevention] - Please be careful of damage to the floor and wallpaper caused by tripods, lights, metal boxes, director's chairs, and other equipment. - In case of damage: we will check on-site together > take photos > confirm the estimate, and then proceed with the compensation request. - Please pay special attention to the contamination of furniture and rugs. [Staff Count] If the maximum number of staff set is not adhered to, the host may cancel the shoot or request additional payment. [No Eating] Eating in the space is always prohibited. In unavoidable circumstances, please be sure to ask for the host's permission first. Simple drinks or snacks may be allowed with prior agreement. [Etiquette] - Please observe basic etiquette for the surrounding residents. - Outdoor shooting in the vicinity is not allowed. - All trash generated during the shoot must be cleaned up. - Please park in the nearby public parking lot as previously instructed. - If you change the existing furniture arrangement or structure as needed, you must restore it to its original condition before the end time.
