Place rules

- A separate facility deposit of 100,000 KRW is required. This deposit is for cleaning, damage, loss, check-out time, restoration to original condition, and compliance with usage rules. If there are no violations of the usage rules or damages, the deposit will be refunded within 24 hours after the usage time! - For more than 5 people, an additional fee of 11,000 KRW per person will be charged. - Guests are requested to do basic cleaning, such as separating recyclables, before check-out. - For stains that cannot be easily restored during the cleaning time, a restoration fee may be charged. (ex: laundry of fabric materials or damage to flooring, wall materials, ceiling materials) - Free parking is provided. [Notice] If the maximum number of staff set is not adhered to, the host may cancel the shoot or request additional payment.
