[Punctuality] - Please strictly adhere to the contracted time. - The usage fee is contracted based on the [start time] and [end time]. - Time for preparation, setup, equipment removal, and restoring the space to its original condition is included in the contracted time. - If the contracted shooting time is exceeded, the host may request additional payment. [Staff Count] If the maximum number of staff set is not adhered to, the host may cancel the shoot or request additional payment. [No Eating or Drinking] Eating or drinking in the space is always prohibited. If absolutely necessary, please obtain prior consent from the host. -Important Notes for Reservations- 1. (Important) For iPhone users, if spam settings are enabled, reservation messages may not be received! If you do not receive a message before your usage time, please check your junk message folder! 2. Notification messages will be sent about an hour after the reservation is confirmed, and same-day reservations will be sent after confirmation! Please wait a moment. 3. Please remember that cleaning up and preparing to leave 5 minutes before the end time is a courtesy to the next users! Thank you :) 4. When leaving, please make sure to turn off all power, including lights and heating/cooling systems! If you leave while the heating/cooling system is running, additional charges will apply based on the time. Please make sure to check! :) 5. Wearing indoor shoes is mandatory! Shoes worn outside are strictly prohibited. If the provided indoor shoes are uncomfortable, please prepare your own indoor shoes :) (Heels or tap shoes are not allowed.) 6. No food or drink is allowed (water & drinks with lids are permitted). If alcohol is brought in or if drinking or smoking is detected, you will be forcibly evicted and charged cleaning fees!! 7. The use of brass instruments, percussion instruments, ensemble, microphones, and amplifiers is not allowed. Please adhere to this to share the space with others :) 8. Any loss or damage to equipment in the practice room will incur repair costs! So please handle everything with care :) 9. Common items cannot be reserved or secured, so please keep this in mind when using the space. 10. For time extensions, you must contact us at least 10 minutes before leaving, and for night users, please contact us before 10 PM for smooth guidance :) 11. Violating the above conditions may result in forced eviction, and refunds are absolutely not possible for evictions due to violations! So please adhere to the rules! ^^
