Welcome to Love it Space, a place where good vibes linger. It is a 20 pyeong (1 pyeong is about 3.3 square meters / 35 sq ft) private space located 8 minutes on foot from Hongdae Entrance Station on the 2nd floor.
The space is equipped with a main table that can accommodate 10 to 12 people and two additional tables that can seat 6 to 8 people, making it suitable for various purposes. You can freely move and use 8 tables of size 800 x 800 according to your needs.
You can enjoy various OTT services such as YouTube, Netflix, Tving, and Coupang Play for free. This is the space visited by YouTuber 'Deep' with 2.2 million subscribers!
If you plan to order delivery food or consume alcohol, please ensure a clean cleanup afterward, and a deposit is required. Leftover food and trash can be disposed of in the designated location upon request~
The lighting is primarily bright white light, and in the evening, it can be changed to a more atmospheric warm-tone mood lighting (remotely adjustable by the host).

The 1st floor is a restaurant that operates only during lunch, and the 3rd floor is vacant. You can use the space freely as long as it is not excessively noisy.

1. Check-in and Check-out Time
You can check in starting from the reserved time, and please tidy up by 5 minutes before check-out for the next user.
2. Food and Drink Policy
Light snacks and beverages are freely available. Delivery food and alcohol can be used if the food option is selected.
3. Space Organization
If you have moved any furniture such as tables and chairs, please return them to their original position before check-out.
4. Waste Separation
Please separate general waste, recyclables, and food waste and dispose of them in the designated areas.
5. Facility Usage
All amenities are available for use; however, you may be charged for any losses or damages.
6. Indoor Camera Operation
A home camera is in operation near the entrance for safety and to protect the facilities. (It does not capture private spaces.)
7. Noise Policy
Although it is a private space, please refrain from excessive drinking and loud noises.
8. Indoor Use
The interior is non-smoking, and strong-smelling foods or foods that require cooking are difficult to use.
9. Parking Information
1-2 parking spots are available on the side of the building; if full, please use a paid parking lot within a 1-minute walking distance.
