High-Rise Studio with Queen-Size Bed and Natural Light

[Reservation Confirmation] - Studio Anuki accepts reservations through various channels including Naver, Instagram, and KakaoTalk, in addition to Hourplace. Even if the time is available for booking on Hourplace, please understand that we may request a schedule change if there are prior reservations on other platforms for that time slot. [Time Compliance] - Please strictly adhere to the contracted time. - The usage fee is contracted based on the [start time] and [end time]. - Time for preparation, setup, equipment removal, and restoring the location to its original state is included in the contracted time. - Even if the next reservation is vacant, if you exceed the reserved time, an additional fee of 2,500 KRW for every 10 minutes plus 500 KRW per additional person will be incurred. The manager will request additional payment afterward. [Pet Policy] - Prior notification of bringing pets is mandatory, and a cleaning/laundry deposit of 30,000 KRW will be charged. - After payment is completed on the platform, we confirm the pet policy via message/text, and upon confirmation, we will provide payment instructions (bank transfer). - If the deposit is not paid, pets will not be allowed on the day of use. - *Manner belt and waste pads are mandatory* / Manner belts are allowed to be removed only during pet photography. - After use, the deposit will be refunded after confirming no waste or damage has occurred. (Refund may take up to 3 days) - If there are any accidents involving waste on the studio floor, furniture, rugs, or other items, the deposit will not be refunded. [Damage Caution] Please be careful of damage to the wooden floor and wallpaper caused by tripods, lights, metal boxes, director's chairs, and other equipment. - Preparation: Please bring a simple mat or blanket and a tennis ball to place under the equipment. - In case of damage: We will check on-site > take photos > confirm the estimate, and then proceed with the compensation request. [Usage Capacity] - The basic usage capacity without additional charges is 4 people. - For more than 4 people, an additional fee of 1,500 KRW per person per hour (50% discount during the pre-opening period) will be charged. - If more people visit than the reserved number, additional payment for the excess number will be required. The manager will request additional payment afterward. (Exempt if 4 or fewer) - The maximum capacity is 10 people. [Food and Drink Prohibition] Consumption of food and drink in the space is always prohibited. If absolutely necessary, please ask for the host's permission first. [Etiquette] - Please observe basic etiquette for the surrounding residents. - Outdoor shooting in the vicinity is not allowed. - All trash generated during the shoot must be cleaned up. (Food waste cannot be disposed of in the studio) - Parking is limited to the number of spaces provided. - If you change the existing furniture setup and structure, you must restore it to its original state before the closing time. [Usage Restrictions] - Users who violate the above rules will be restricted from future use.
