You may be liable for damages if they are damaged. 🤝 Shooting Footage Sharing Event · Please share about 3 best cuts from your shoot · Usage scope: Studio's official Instagram, Space Cloud portfolio · If desired, the artist's/company name will be clearly credited · A complimentary iced Americano for those who share! 💰 Rental Fee · 15,000 KRW per hour · Reservations can be made starting from a minimum of 3 hours 📋 Usage Information · Please enter on time / clean up by 5 minutes before departure · No smoking in the entire space (cleaning fee/departure measures for smoking) · Delivery food and alcohol are allowed (additional fee of 10,000 KRW) · A cleaning fee of 10,000 KRW will be added for uncleaned departures. · Prior inquiry is required for bringing in shooting equipment and large props · Pets are not allowed · Noise caution during late hours · If using extra time on the day, the fee is based on 15,000 KRW per 30 minutes [Security Information] · CCTV is installed for space security and artwork protection. · All artworks in the studio are original pieces worth tens of millions of KRW. Please do not touch or move the artworks. You may be liable for damages if they are damaged. · The 2nd floor is the studio's operational office. Please refrain from entering. 🚗 Parking Information · Parking in front of the building, basic for 1 vehicle (no parking outside studio hours) · No parking for more than 1 vehicle (use Unbuk Elementary School public parking lot / 300 KRW for the first 5 minutes + 600 KRW for every additional 10 minutes)
