**Please prioritize the usage guidelines announced on Instagram** [Time Management] - Please strictly adhere to the contracted time. - The usage fee is contracted based on the [start time] and [end time]. - Time for preparation, setup, equipment removal, and restoration of the space is included in the contracted time. - If the contracted shooting time is exceeded, the host may request additional payment. [Parking] - Basic parking is available for 2 to 3 vehicles, and if additional parking is needed, please inquire separately with the host. [Damage Caution] Please be careful of damage to the wooden and tiled floors, walls caused by tripods, lights, metal boxes, director's chairs, and other equipment. - Preparation: Please bring a simple mat or blanket and a tennis ball to place under the equipment. - In case of damage: We will check together on-site > take photos > and proceed with compensation requests after confirming the estimate. [Staff Count] If the maximum number of staff set is not adhered to, the host may cancel the shoot or request additional payment. [No Eating] Eating in the space is always prohibited. If absolutely necessary, please ask for the host's understanding first. Soups are strictly prohibited. [Pets Allowed] All shoots with pets and animals are welcome. There is no additional charge for up to 2 animals 🐶🐱 - For more than 2 animals, an additional fee of 5,000 won per hour will apply, similar to additional personnel. Please bring your own manners belt or potty pads, and if your pet relieves itself on the grass, please clean it up immediately 🙂‍↕️🙏🏻 [Etiquette] - Please observe basic etiquette for the surrounding residents. - You must clean up all trash generated during the shoot. - If you change the existing furniture arrangement or structure as needed, you must restore it to its original state before the end time.
