Welcome to Coco Place, a modern vintage space! :-) It is a total of 30 pyeong (1 pyeong is about 3.3 square meters / 35 sq ft) space that can create a variety of atmospheres. You won't believe it's located on the basement level 1 due to its modernity and openness. It features a perfect sound system that covers the entire space and a beam projector installed on the ceiling. This space is carefully designed to suit any purpose, including filming, seminars, various events, fan signing events, workshops, parties, team-building one-day classes, English lectures, flower arrangement, and more. Desk arrangements can be changed (must be restored to original condition). If you set up with only chairs without tables, the space can accommodate up to 50 people. - Mobile desks (40 units) - Beam projector (120-inch screen) - Equipped with the latest heating and cooling system - Water purifier, sink, coffee machine (+ coffee beans provided), refrigerator, ice maker, microwave - Disposable coffee cups provided - There are separate male and female restrooms inside. (This space is shared with practice room users) You can bring in outside food, but please make sure to separate waste and clean up afterwards :) [Notes] 1. Catering and outside food can be brought in during the rental! 2. There is no designated parking space available. 3. The basic capacity is 30 people, and additional fees will apply for more than that! 4. This is a rental space, not accommodation. 5. Smoking is prohibited indoors, and a fee of 100,000 KRW will be charged if smoking is detected indoors. 6. This is an unmanned facility, and CCTV is installed for the safety of the facility and its users.
