[Time Management] - Please strictly adhere to the contracted time. - The usage fee is contracted based on the [start time] and [end time]. - Time for preparation, setup, equipment removal, and restoring the location to its original state is included in the contracted time. - If the contracted shooting time is exceeded, the host may request additional payment. [Damage Caution] Please be careful of damage to the wooden floor and wallpaper caused by tripods, lights, metal boxes, director's chairs, and other equipment. - Preparation: Please prepare a simple mat or blanket and a tennis ball to place under the equipment. - In case of damage: We will check on-site > take photos > confirm the estimate, and then proceed with the compensation request. - Please inform us in advance if you need to move large furniture. When moving furniture, please lift it. - Furniture, lighting, and props are made from high-quality vintage products, so please handle them with care during use. In case of internal contamination, damage due to negligence, or loss, 100% compensation of the value will be requested. - For personnel management and security, a total of 3 CCTV cameras are in operation. - Please wear the internal slippers provided in the shoe cabinet at the entrance. When wearing shoes for shooting, please use the tape provided in the fitting room. [Staff Personnel] If the maximum number of staff set is not adhered to, the host may cancel the shoot or request additional payment. [Food and Drink Prohibition] Eating and drinking in the space is always prohibited. If absolutely necessary, please first seek the host's understanding. [Etiquette] - The entire studio, including the interior and terrace, is a non-smoking area. - All trash generated during the shoot must be cleaned up by you. - Parking is only provided for the number of vehicles indicated. - If you change the existing furniture setup and structure for any reason, you must restore it to its original state before the end time.
