There are two spaces: a modern room in white tones and a vintage antique room reminiscent of medieval houses. [Modern Room] It is a modern room in white tones. - Curved wall & glass tile zone (Depth 3.64m * Width 5m * Height 2.75~3.3m) - Gray zone with a garden feel in the city (Depth 3.5m * Width 4.8m * Height 2.75~3.3m) - Vintage wood zone (Depth 3.75m * Width 3.67m * Height 2.75~3.3m) * The modern room consists of a total of 3 different concepts, allowing you to create different setups in each corner. * All furniture and props shown in the photos are always available, so you can move them freely. [Antique Room] It is a vintage antique room reminiscent of medieval houses. It consists of two concepts: a red zone with a living room concept featuring a fireplace and a green zone with a gallery feel. Red Zone (Depth 5m * Width 3.6m * Height 2.75~3.3m) Green Zone (Depth 4.7m * Width 5.3m * Height 2.75~3.3m) * The two concepts allow for different atmospheres in each section. * All furniture and props shown in the photos are always available, and everything can be freely arranged except for the wall frames in the antique room.

[Punctuality] - Please strictly adhere to the contracted time. - The usage fee is contracted based on the [start time] and [end time]. - Time for preparation, setup, equipment removal, and restoration of the space to its original condition is included in the contracted time. - If the contracted shooting time is exceeded, the host may request additional payment. [Damage Caution] Please be careful of damage to the wooden floor and wallpaper caused by tripods, lights, metal boxes, director's chairs, and other equipment. - Preparation: Please prepare a simple mat or blanket and a tennis ball to place under the equipment. - In case of damage: Confirm on-site > take photos > check the estimate, and then proceed with the compensation request. [Staff Count] If the maximum number of staff set is not adhered to, the host may cancel the shoot or request additional payment. [No Eating] Eating in the space is always prohibited. If absolutely necessary, please first obtain permission from the host. [Etiquette] - Please observe basic etiquette for the surrounding residents. - Outdoor shooting in the vicinity is not allowed. - All trash generated during the shoot must be cleaned up. - Parking is provided only for the specified number of vehicles. - If you change the existing furniture arrangement and structure as needed, you must restore it to its original condition before the end time.
