Carefully selected high-end finishing materials: Wallpaper: High-quality three-dimensional patterned wallpaper (LX Diamang, Fortis Sandy Cream) that gives a cozy feeling, installed on the ceiling and walls. Flooring: The living room & kitchen have classic and luxurious herringbone flooring, while each room has neat wide plank flooring. Emotional lighting & kitchen space: Comfortable recessed lights and warm indirect lighting, along with a cozy IKEA custom kitchen are provided. Pleasant and quiet environment: The latest windows have been completely replaced to thoroughly block external noise, and each space is equipped with a system air conditioner (a total of 5 units), ensuring comfort throughout the shoot. 🏠 Rental space information Rental spaces: Living room (expandable), kitchen 3 rooms - master room (main bedroom), children's room, playroom, 2 bathrooms (One of the 4 rooms is a storage room and is locked.) 🕒 Usage hours & parking information Basic operating hours: 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM If you need to shoot a little earlier or later, please feel free to message us. We will coordinate the schedule together! Convenient parking: Up to 2 vehicles (the parking lot is right in front of the building, making it very convenient to carry heavy equipment.) Pre-visit: After reservation confirmation, you can visit through prior coordination. (Please limit the number of visitors to 1-2 people.) 💬 Reservation and visitor information (please read carefully) Capacity: Up to 15 people (including staff and models) For groups of 20 or more, please inquire separately. Visitor count: Please accurately state the final number of visitors for smooth guidance. Equipment and additional personnel inquiries: If there are additional personnel or large equipment without prior notice, additional charges may be requested on-site or shooting may be difficult, so we would appreciate it if you could message us in advance. 🌿 Thank you for following these rules Equipment and luggage placement: The hallway outside the entrance is a common area, so please use the veranda space inside the unit for equipment or luggage. Snacks and meals: Beverages and simple meals can be enjoyed. Please feel free to enjoy them at the kitchen table. Furniture movement: If you need to move large furniture or require specific props, please let us know in advance. Privacy protection: Since this includes an actual living space, please do not force open locked areas. (A penalty fee of 10,000 won may be charged for damages.)
