[Time Management] - Please adhere strictly to the contracted time. - The usage fee is based on the [start time] and [end time] of the contract. - Time for setup and preparation, equipment removal, and restoring the space to its original condition is included in the contracted time. - If the contracted filming time is exceeded, the host may request additional payment. [Damage Prevention] Please pay careful attention to avoid damaging the wooden floors and wallpaper due to tripods, lighting, metal boxes, director's chairs, and other equipment. - Supplies: Please prepare a simple mat or blanket, and a tennis ball to place under the equipment. - In case of damage: We will jointly assess the situation on-site > take photographs > proceed with compensation requests after reviewing the estimate. [Staff Limit] If the maximum number of staff set is not followed, the host may cancel the shoot or request additional payment. [Prohibition of Eating] Eating in the space is always prohibited. If absolutely necessary, please first obtain permission from the host. [Etiquette] - Please observe basic etiquette for the sake of the nearby residents. - Outdoor filming in the vicinity is not allowed. - All trash generated during the filming must be cleaned up. - Parking is limited to the specified number of spaces. - If you change the arrangement and structure of existing furniture for your needs, you must restore it to its original condition before the end time.
