[DAMAGE PRECAUTIONS] Please be careful to avoid damage to the wooden floors and wallpaper caused by tripods, lighting, metal boxes, director's chairs, and other equipment. - Items to bring: Please prepare a simple mat or blanket and tennis balls to place under the equipment. - In the event of damage: On-site confirmation > Photo documentation > Review of the estimate followed by a compensation request. [STAFF NUMBERS] If the maximum number of staff set is not adhered to, the host may cancel the filming or request additional payment. [FOOD AND BEVERAGE] Eating and drinking in the space is always prohibited. Please seek permission from the host in unavoidable circumstances. [ETIQUETTE] - Please observe basic etiquette for the sake of the surrounding residents. - Outdoor filming in the vicinity is not permitted. - All trash generated during the shoot must be cleaned up. - Parking is limited to the specified number of spaces provided. - If you change the setup or arrangement of existing furniture for any reason, you must restore it to its original state before the closing time.
