[Punctuality] The reservation time includes preparation, setup, shooting, equipment removal, and restoration to the original state, based on the time from entry to exit. Even if the shooting ends early, the usage fee will be calculated based on the reserved time. Additional charges will apply if the reservation time is exceeded. [Attention to Facility and Equipment Damage] Please be careful not to damage the floor and walls with tripods, lights, equipment boxes, etc. Place protective mats or blankets under the equipment, and use protective materials such as tennis balls on the legs of the equipment. Please consult in advance about moving furniture and props, and lift them instead of dragging to protect the floor. The furniture, lighting, and props provided are expensive original vintage products, and full compensation will be required in case of damage. In the event of facility or equipment damage, please check together on-site and take photos, then compensation will be requested based on repair or replacement estimates. [Number of Users] The reservation count includes all individuals entering the site, such as shooting staff, models, and clients. Please inform us in advance if there are any changes to the reservation count. Additional charges will apply if the number of users exceeds the standard count, and usage may be restricted if the maximum capacity is exceeded. [Food and Beverage Policy] External food is not allowed except for simple snacks and beverages. If a meal is absolutely necessary, please consult in advance. When using snacks and beverages, please be careful not to stain the furniture, props, or floor. [Usage Etiquette and Cleanup] Please be mindful of noise to avoid disturbing the surroundings. Outdoor shooting in areas outside the reserved space is not allowed. Please use the parking area as instructed in advance and according to the agreed number of vehicles. Dispose of any trash generated during the shoot separately, and clean up the used space thoroughly. Please return any moved furniture and props to their original positions. All cleanup and restoration must be completed within the reserved time.
