It is a 44 pyeong (1 pyeong is about 3.3 square meters / 35 sq ft) natural light studio with a view of the Metasequoia forest along Yangjaecheon, where southeast light comes in. One entire wall has southeast-facing large windows, allowing natural light to stream in from morning until afternoon. There are skylights and rail lighting throughout the space, so shooting can continue even on cloudy days or after sunset. The ceiling height is approximately 3 meters, and since the entire floor is used, it is a private space for only one team during the reservation period. There is an elevator for easy transport of luggage and equipment. [Lighting Information] - The windows face southeast, so the morning sun comes in early. When measured in September, the light was strongest around 9 AM, and it continued evenly into the afternoon. - The angle and depth of the light change with the seasons. In winter, the sun comes in low and reaches deep inside, while in midsummer, the sun is high and comes in briefly. - The Metasequoia outside changes color with the seasons, providing different results in the same space each time. - If you want to reduce the light, you can adjust it with curtains. - On cloudy days or in the evening, you can use the rail lighting throughout the space at no additional charge. [Parties, Gatherings, and Seminars are Possible] With a kitchen, glass block bar, and long wooden table, it is often used for small parties, gatherings, seminars, and cooking content. You can freely bring food and drinks. For up to 10 people, you can use this studio at the same rate. For gatherings or parties of 11 or more, please reserve the party room in the same space. [Furniture and Facilities] - 2 white sofa beds, leather corner sofa, long wooden table, round glass table, 2 full-length mirrors - All furniture is movable, so please return it to its original place after use. - Separate makeup room, restroom, office room - Beam projector, speakers, microphone, Wi-Fi, heating and cooling - YouTube and live broadcast shooting are possible [Rooftop] The 40 pyeong rooftop is included in all reservations. Outdoor shots are recommended during daylight hours. When using the rooftop, an additional cleaning fee of 22,000 KRW (including VAT) will be added per reservation for cleaning personnel for the next team. - Smoking is only allowed in designated areas on the rooftop, and cigarette butts must be disposed of in designated ashtrays. - Sitting, leaning, or placing items on the railing, as well as candles, fireworks, barbecues, and gas cooking, are prohibited. - Rooftop sound and microphone use is allowed until 9 PM. - Use may be restricted for safety on rainy, windy, or icy days. [Usage Rules] - The base is for 5 people, and for each additional person, there is an extra charge of 5,500 KRW per hour. - The minimum reservation is 3 hours. - Please include setup and cleanup time in your reservation. - Do not reduce the number of people, time, or scale of the reservation.
