It is a 44 pyeong (1 pyeong is about 3.3 square meters / 35 sq ft) natural light space with a 40 pyeong rooftop, suitable for gatherings and parties. One entire wall has southeast-facing windows, making it bright with natural light during the day, and the atmosphere changes with rail lighting throughout the area in the evening. It is a private space where only one team can use it during the reserved time. You can hold birthday parties, bridal showers, team meetings, workshops, and seminars all in the same space. [Natural Light Information] - The windows face southeast, so it is bright with natural light during the day. When measured in September, the light was strongest around 9 AM, and it continued evenly into the afternoon. - After sunset, you can change the atmosphere with rail lighting throughout the area. - If you want to reduce the light, you can adjust it with curtains. [Seating Arrangement] - A long wooden table in the center can seat 12 people. - If you divide the seating towards the sofa and bar area, it can accommodate up to 40 people. - All furniture is movable, allowing for flexible arrangements such as party style, lecture style, round table, or lounge style. - There are 2 white sofa beds, a leather corner sofa, a round glass table, and bar stools available. [Food and Beverages] There is a kitchen, glass block bar, and refrigerator, so you can heat food and use glasses. You can freely bring food, beverages, and alcohol, and catering services are also available. Please wash the dishes and tidy up before leaving. [Video and Audio] There is a beam projector and 4K screen installed, along with speakers, microphones, and a turntable, allowing for video screenings, presentations, singing, and DJ sets. Wi-Fi and heating/cooling are also provided. There is no whiteboard. [Rooftop] The 40 pyeong rooftop is included at no additional charge. In the evening, you can enjoy the view of the Yangjaecheon forest. - Smoking is only allowed in designated areas on the rooftop, and cigarette butts must be disposed of in designated ashtrays. - Sitting, leaning, placing items on the railing, and hanging banners are prohibited. - Candles, flames, fireworks, charcoal, and gas cooking are prohibited. - Rooftop audio and microphones are available until 9 PM. - Use may be restricted for safety reasons in case of rain, strong winds, or freezing conditions. [Review Event] If you leave a review after your visit, you will receive 1 hour free for your next visit. [Usage Rules] - Reservations can be made for a minimum of 4 hours and a maximum of 40 people. The number of people includes visitors. - Cleaning fees are included in the rate. This is for cleaning personnel for the next team. - Please do not reduce the number of reserved people, time, or scale. It makes on-site management difficult. - Parties must end by 10 PM, and any time after 10 PM incurs an additional 50% charge. - Please take all items and food you brought before leaving. Trash must be sorted into general, recyclable, and food waste, and used dishes should be washed and returned to their place. - You may move the furniture, but please return it to its original position as shown in the guide photo before the end of your time. - Do not use nails, strong adhesives, or regular tape on walls, floors, glass, or furniture; only use paper or masking tape. - If you plan to use items that cause significant contamination, such as paint, glitter, confetti, or smoke, please inform us before your reservation. Additional cleaning fees will be charged if contamination occurs. - Smoking is prohibited indoors. Please inform us in advance if you have pets. - You will be liable for damages at actual cost. - For small-scale use intended for filming, please make a reservation at the studio place of the same space.
