- Reservations of less than 8 hours can only be made for dates within one month from the current date. Reservations of less than 8 hours made for dates beyond one month may be canceled. - If another team has a prior reservation for the scheduled date, the reservation may be canceled after notification. - Please strictly adhere to the contracted time. - The usage fee is contracted based on the [start time] and [end time]. - Time for preparation, setup, equipment removal, and restoration of the location is included in the contracted time. - If the contracted shooting time is exceeded, you must settle additional costs with the host on-site. - If you change the existing furniture setup or structure, you must restore it to its original state before the end time. - If there is irreparable damage to furniture or structures due to the shoot, costs will be charged. - All waste generated during the shoot must be sorted and organized. - The position of each table and chair must be returned to its original state before the end time. - You cannot arrive 30 minutes or 1 hour early to wait; you may enter 10 minutes before or at the scheduled time. - Recommended parking by distance in hourly units - 1) Parking in front of closed shops nearby (recommended after 7 PM on Sundays or weekdays) 1st floor 2) Songrim Restaurant Street A Public Parking Lot: 1 hour: 2,400 KRW, free after 7 PM, free after 3 PM on Saturdays, free on Sundays 3) Gwangjin District Office Parking Lot: 1 hour 2,000 KRW, open 24 hours, full during the day, available at night, 6 minutes walking distance 4) Free parking on the main road on Sundays: from Achasan-ro 306 to Achasan-ro 292, from Achasan-ro 291 to 305, parking allowed only on Sundays for 140 meters 5) Cressin Tower 3 Office Parking Lot: 1 hour 2,000 KRW, open until 6 PM 6) Guui 1-dong Public Parking Lot: 1 hour 1,800 KRW 7) Konkuk University Star City E-Mart Parking Lot: 30 minutes free, additional 2,800 KRW per hour, discounts: 1 hour free for purchases over 10,000 KRW, 2 hours free for purchases over 30,000 KRW, 3 hours free for purchases over 50,000 KRW.
